both Ordained Ministers & Wedding Officiants.
Rev.
Gail first started photography and officiating weddings in San Diego
in 1980, then David and Gail married and she became involved with David's
video production business. In 2002 they moved to David's home town of Santa Barbara and merged their talents to create "I do Vows".
Rev. Gail is a Notary Public and can issue a Confidential Marriage License for your wedding. She also purchases fresh roses
straight from the growers for your fragrant rose petal aisle.
