Gail first started photography and officiating weddings in San Diego in 1980, then David and Gail married and she became involved with David's video production business. In 2002 they moved to David's home town of Santa Barbara and merged their talents to create "I do Vows". Rev. Gail is a Notary Public and can issue a Confidential Marriage License for your wedding. I DO Vows Receives 2012 Best of Santa Barbara Award Santa Barbara Award Program Honors the Achievement
Each year, the Santa Barbara Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Santa Barbara area a great place to live, work and play. Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2012 Santa Barbara Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Santa Barbara Award Program and data provided by third parties. About Santa Barbara Award Program The Santa Barbara Award Program is an annual awards program honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the Santa Barbara area. Recognition is given to those companies that have shown the ability to use their best practices and implemented programs to generate competitive advantages and long-term value.
