As a Notary Public, I issue confidential marriage licenses and notarize Domestic Partnership Agreements. I will be happy to issue your confidential marriage license on-the-spot.
Rev. David is also an ordained, non-denominational, interfaith Minister with Saint Luke Evangelical Christian Ministries and our Videographer who has had a video production company in Hollywood and has also traveled the world shooting weddings and creating beautiful videos.
 David and Gail Heimbach, a husband and
wife team, are both Ordained Ministers and Wedding Officiants.


As the owners of I do Vows since 2001 we bring with us our own style and professional titles as Videographers and Editors with "state of the art" video and editing equipment.

Rev. Gail first started photography and officiating weddings in San Diego in 1980, then David and Gail married and she became involved with David's video production business.  In 2001 they moved to David's home town of Santa Barbara and merged their talants to create "I do Vows".
Gail purchases fresh flowers straight from the growers and designs your bouquets and boutonnieres.

She has also created a Ceremony Selection Guide and it's so easy. What a wonderful way to customize your ceremony, making your day extra special!.
